Our Trumpf 2020R CNC Punching Machine gives us the unique ability to perform forming operations such as embossing, countersinking, engraving, extruding, tapping, and more while the part is being cut from raw stock. Handling these processes at the same time significantly reduces the labor put into the part thus reducing customers cost while at the same time providing a product made with increased precision. Ultimately, we are able to provide consistent, high quality parts at a lower cost than the competition.
Our Trumpf c60 and c66 hydraulic press brakes are able to bend and form high volume runs of parts with high precision and consistency. With a wide range of tooling we are able to form a wide range of radius bends, no scratch bending, and even having custom tooling made to take care of your specific needs.
Our high end Miller TIG and MIG welders give us the ability to take care of any welding needs your project may have. From high precision stainless steel assemblies for aerospace needs to aluminum automotive performance parts, we are equipped to provide you with high quality welding services. With our welding services we strive to provide you with a finished part you would be proud to show off and present to your customers.
Other Services
Using the industry standard of CAD software, Solidworks, we are able to assist our customers with fitting their designs to our production capabilities. We work with our customers from beginning prototype stages product design to final modifications to ensure a high quality cost effective part. From simple single part files to large multipart assemblies, our design team has experience with it all.
Tube Cutting
In addition to our sheetmetal services we offer tube cutting with our Sidewinder A-1 Horizontal band saw. From miter cuts, tube notching, bending, and bead rolling, we are able to handle your tube cutting needs.
